Every Angel Messenger card is thoughtfully prepared and mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We believe there is something uniquely meaningful about entrusting a custom written message of hope to the same American postal tradition that has connected families, friends, and communities for nearly 250 years.

Once your card has been mailed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email so you know it is on its way to your loved one.

According to USPS, First-Class Mail® letters typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that this is a USPS service standard and is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other postal delays beyond our control.

Delivery Guarantee: If your recipient has not received their card within 3 weeks after the mailing date, please contact us. While most cards arrive much sooner, occasional USPS delays can happen. If your card appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived, we’ll be happy to help.

For non-delivery concerns, please reach out within 4 weeks of the mailing date so we can review the order and offer the best solution. When eligible, we may provide either a complimentary replacement card or a refund. See our Terms & Conditions page for more detailed information.
