What is an Angel Messenger Prayer Card?
An Angel Messenger card is a handcrafted, custom prayer created especially for someone you love. Every prayer is created by members of our Christian-centered prayer group, then carefully produced using fountain pens on premium cotton paper and mailed through USPS. Each card is a lasting reminder that your loved one is prayed for, deeply loved and never alone.
Why send a card instead of a text or email?
Because people keep what touches their hearts. Text messages disappear. Flowers fade. A custom-written prayer is something your loved one can hold, revisit, and treasure for years—a tangible reminder of God's love, your encouragement, and the prayers surrounding them.
What occasions are appropriate?
Angel Messenger cards are appropriate for illness, grief, encouragement, surgery, addiction recovery, military deployment, new babies, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, celebrations, friendship, or simply to remind someone they are loved.
What are the cards made from?
Our 4" × 6" Angel Messenger cards are handcrafted on luxurious 330 gsm premium cotton paper with a beautifully textured finish, paired with an elegant side-opening envelope featuring an embossed seal and gold tab closure. Every detail is chosen to create a keepsake worthy of being treasured.
Can I see examples before ordering?
Yes. We invite you to browse the sample photos throughout our website, and we're happy to send additional photos of our blank cards upon request.
To protect our customers' privacy, we do not maintain a gallery of completed cards that have been sent to recipients—those are intended for their eyes only. Because every prayer is custom written, no two Angel Messenger cards are exactly alike. If you'd like a closer look before ordering, we're always happy to provide additional sample and product photos so you can feel confident in the keepsake you're sending.
Do you include your logo?
Yes, but with a light touch. Our logo appears discreetly on the back of each card and as a subtle white-on-white embossed mark on the back of the envelope. We believe the focus should always remain on your message, your prayer, and your loved one.
Ordering
How does the approval process work?
Within one business day of receiving your order, we'll email you two custom prayer options. Simply reply with your favorite, or share feedback if you'd like revisions. We'll then prepare one final version within one business day. If you're still not completely happy, we'll gladly refund your order.
Can I request a favorite Bible verse?
Absolutely. Include a favorite Bible verse or short Scripture passage with your order, and we'll thoughtfully incorporate it whenever possible. To preserve the beauty and layout of each card, Scripture quotations should be short enough to incorporate into a message that is no more than 30 words in total.
Can I include a personal message?
Not at this time. Angel Messenger cards are designed as personalized prayer keepsakes, so the custom prayer is the only message included inside the card.
Can I send the same prayer to multiple people?
Yes. We'll gladly prepare multiple cards using your approved prayer, each individually addressed to its recipient.
Delivery
How does delivery work?
Once your prayer has been approved, we'll create your card and mail it within two business days. We'll email you as soon as it has been delivered to USPS.
Standard USPS First-Class Mail typically arrives within 1–5 business days, although delivery times are not guaranteed. Priority Mail is also available for an additional USPS fee if you need faster service.
If your recipient has not received the card within three weeks after the mailing date, please contact us and we'll gladly help determine the best solution.
Can I send an Angel Messenger Card to a hospital or hospice?
Yes. We gladly mail to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted living communities, hospice facilities, and other care locations. Simply provide the complete mailing address, including the facility name and room number if applicable.
What if I entered the wrong mailing address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your card has not yet been mailed, we'll gladly update the address. Once a card has been mailed, we cannot change its destination, and refunds or complimentary replacements are not available for orders mailed to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, delivery is only available within the 50 United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Do you create prayers in other languages?
Yes. We currently offer personalized prayers in English and Spanish. Our native Spanish-speaking team members can write in either Castilian (Spain) Spanish or Latin American Spanish. More languages may become available as we expand our prayer circle.
Faith & Prayer
Who writes the prayers?
Our prayers are created by members of our Christian-centered prayer team, united by a shared belief in God's love and the comforting power of prayer. Every prayer is thoughtfully written with compassion and care for your recipient's unique situation.
Can you write a prayer for someone who isn't Christian?
Yes. We can create a message that is gently spiritual, encouraging, and centered on hope, love, and compassion while respecting your recipient's beliefs. Simply let us know your preferences when placing your order.
Will every prayer mention Jesus?
Our prayers are written from a Christian perspective while honoring the information you provide about your recipient. Our standard openings are "Dear God" or "Heavenly Father", but you have an option to customize this wording during the order process.
Does your team pray for the recipient?
Yes. This work is deeply meaningful to our team, and prayer is at the heart of everything we do. As we write your custom prayer and prepare your card for mailing, members of our team lovingly speak your recipient's prayer to God before sending. It is our privilege to lift each person and their unique situation before Him with faith, hope, and compassion, trusting that He hears every prayer.
Privacy
Will my information remain private?
Absolutely. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information or your recipient's information. (See our Privacy Notice) Prayer requests are viewed only by the members of our team directly involved in creating and preparing your card.
Will my name appear on the card?
By default, your name and return address appear on the envelope so your recipient knows who sent this thoughtful gift. If you'd prefer to send your Angel Messenger card anonymously, simply let us know when placing your order or contact us before your card is mailed.
